Product Description
Japanese green tea obtained by trimming the dried and delicately toasted plant twigs. The particular processing gives a sweet and light nutty aroma, decreases the theine content and makes it suitable even for those who do not want stimulating substances. Great to enjoy during meals. Preparation by decoction: one teaspoon in 200 ml (about a cup) of cold water. Boil for 8/10 minutes. Allow to cool slightly and filter before consuming. Excellent for obtaining a drink with a stronger flavour and colour.
Preparation by infusion: a teaspoon in 200 ml (about a cup) of water at 85/90 ° C. Leave to rest for 4/5 minutes. Filter before consuming. Ideal for a delicate and aromatic tea. It is possible to reuse the twigs a second time to obtain a lighter tea.
